We routinely have meetings with everybody here at Polly’s to jot down potential names for future beers. Arron managed to miss one of our more recent ones thanks to being in the delivery van for nearly ten hours, but made a point of jotting down anything he liked when listening to his beloved van playlist (which is almost entirely LCD Soundsystem). A dry hopped sour packed to the nines with flavour, thanks to generous lashings of Chinook and Comet during fermentation. This is a sour with off the charts flavour intensity, all the while staying at a respectable micro strength.
