Double Ice-distilled Barley Wine, Double Barrel Aged. 60 Plato, 26% ABV. After ice-distilling our awarded Komes Barley Wine and more than a year in Old Forester barrel, we ice-distilled several barrels again and transfered remaining liquid to Moscatel barrel for finishing. A total of 300 bottles and a small quantity poured directly from the barrel during Poznan Beer Fair.12 liters of Komes Barley Wine used to prepare each 1 liter of this beer.
