Scoopa Doopa is a Gelato inspired Kettle sour Ale.Brewed with an absurd amount of Strawberry and Boysenberry Puree. Vanilla and Milk sugar are added with reserved precision to enhance a Gelato like creaminess and mouthfeel.Over the top Gelato additions are not needed but encouraged. ?
