Genesis Gala

Описание

A first iteration of the Genesis Series (hence the name) with the apple of choice being the Gala apple. This homebrew/cider is a mixture of organic cider and apple juice with a dry cider yeast. After a four week process, the cider is perfectly carbonated with a vibrant, light, off-amber hue.
