A varietal universally lauded as one of the best on the planet, and routinely described by our head of sales Arron as his favourite, bar none; what better way to celebrate finally getting our hands on this extremely sought after hop than going all out for a big DDH IPA? Good On Paper takes this awesome NZ hop and buddies it up with Champions League combo Mosaic and Simcoe for maximum juice. Not content on finishing there, we've taken this beer to the next level by introducing Freestyle Hops "The Betty" blend - a top secret blend of hops utlizing methods that specifically preserve and enhance flavour and aroma compounds.
