So "Disco Stu Likes Disco Mosaic" is right up our alley, a giant Mosaic bomb of a Double IPA that drips with cantaloupe and grapefruit oil notes all over its big pillowy body. Sweet hop flavors pair perfectly with the beer's dry body and big alcohol-developed mouthfeel while it does the electric slide across your palate.
