A collaboration beer between us and Melissa Cole for the Meatopia Festival at the Open Gate Brewery. Specially designed to pair with the cooked meats of Meatopia, the beer is brewed with Beechwood smoked malt to give it a subtle lingering smokiness.Pilsner, Munich, Vienna, and Smoked malts with Tettanager and Goldings hops.
