An English-style cider made from the perfect blend of European cider apples grown in our own orchard perfectly peared with our 7 year old barrel aged Cowichan Pear Brandy. Each sip reminds you of biting into a fresh pear just picked from the Orchard. This effervescent cider has is an exquisite balance between body, fruitiness, tannins, and refreshment.
