Centaur Hybrid IPA

Called Centaur because it a hybris of sorts. Its part San Diego Pale Ale, part Hazy and with its dryness is part Brut, without being exclusively any of those things. Lime and passionfruit with a hint of coconut in support thanks to generous doses of succulent US hops, Rolled wheat adds a lean but creamy malt base and sets the stage for a firm but satisfying bitterness that lingers into a clean dry zesty finish....like a little island splice that heralds the summer to come.
