DDH HAZY IPA brewed with Mosaic, Cryo Mosaic, Cryo Simcoe, Simcoe, Sabro, and Cryo Sabro.New Grounds was originally brewed in December 2017, it instantly became a crowd favorite. Because we were still a small producer it was hard for us to keep hops constant, so quickly it became a variable hop series. This is the first time it has been brewed in our Brewery and Taproom.The recipe is almost identical to the original beer which was structured around a more classical New England IPA. Its a mix of English malts and Pilsner, with 15% flaked oats and 5% wheat. On top of which, it has a much higher IBUs than new IPAs.
