Rules are dumb. The Rheinheitsgebot even more so. Why the friendly german wouldn't you use corn and wheat or fruit and dry hopping in a lager? I mean, not every time, but this hazy, yet crisp and clean finishing lager definitely benefits from the subtle fruit and lifted tropical aroma of its HPA-016 and Loquats in the ferment.
