A Blend of Golden Sour Beers Aged in Oak Barrels with Mixed Berries and Vanilla.Blending our raspberry and haskap beers last year was a festival favorite and we wanted to create another dessert beer in the same vein as The Time and The Space, so we started with those fruit bases, drowned with vanilla, sweetened with a nonfermentable sugar made from stevia leaves, and fruit pectin for mouthfeel. Maybe a scoop of ice cream is in order?
