Double Barrel Black Label began life almost 5 years! ago in Woodford Reserve bourbon barrels. After 30 months of aging we transferred the best barrel into a single freshly dumped Booker's bourbon barrel and let it mature for another 27 months. The resulting glorious liquid was bottled straight (no adjuncts) and with minimal carbonation to allow the massive bourbon barrel character to shine through.
