Tango hops are known for their complex and inviting aromas. You notice clear characteristics of ‘sweet fruit’ (red berries, cassis) but aromas of citrus are less emphatic than in typical IPA hops. This hop variety has a link to classic hop varieties and this is also reflected in the aroma: you experience green, spicy and grassy notes.The flavour profile is dominated by lively notes, complemented by a hint of berry sweetness. The hop bitterness is present but not overwhelming, making for a balanced and pleasant drinking experience. The finish is refreshing, with a slight dryness that invites another sip.
