Jule Dessertøl Edition 9 is this year brewed on our: En Mørk Ale. It smells of plums, pepper and a little cinnamon and is almost without carbonation.  We have spiced it with raisins, licorice root, oranges and cinnamon, and from the yeast comes an elegant note of pepper. The sweet aromatic taste contains raisins, ripe dark fruits, mild licorice and finishes of with a hot spicy taste of pepper. A beer the the one who dare to challenge his or her taste buds with a sweet and full-bodied beer that leads the mind to sherry.
