Orion

Simcoe, Mosaic & Huell Melon.Orion; the constellation in the sky, the giant huntsman in GreekMythology, but most importantly, an amazing instrumental song by Metallica´s late Cliff Burton! This NEIPA is an homage to Cliff and theearly years of Metallica, just like our Flight of Icaruspays homage to the legendary band Iron Maiden! Orion is an attempt at making a more bitter NEIPA, with a bigger charge of bittering hops, but the same massive dry hopping known for the style. Think of a combination of West Coast bitterness, grapefruit, citrus pith, dankness and herbal notes, with juicy melon and pineapple from the NEIPA style!
