Brewed in collaboration w/ ØX taproom brewers Brage and Nicholas. This is a proper strong dark ale to celebrate this alliance of brewers united for wholesome full flavored beers brewed with first class craft ingridients. Referensing the belgian strong dark style,the long overnight boil along with the ingredients we sourced took this beer in a new direction building on farmhouse tradition. Brewed with the finest norwegian craft malts from Bonsak (including smoked malt), juniper infusion, belgian organic hops from Joris' farm, belgian candy sugar, Tysksæter spring water and the Rodebak house yeast.
