Taking inspiration from a Mango, Peach and Orange fool, Foolish turns up the dessert vibes with huge amounts of ripe mango and peach up front with orange and vanilla notes as the support. The base beer of a 6.2% IPA hopped with Ekuanot and Sabro provides just enough tropical hop bitterness to remind you you’re still drinking a beer and balance out the flavour before you’re slapped with fruit dessert again on your next mouthful.
