The Hide Until Tuesday Nitro Red Stout is the first collaboration beer between Great Leap Brewing and Left Hand Brewing Company of Longmont, Colorado. Brewed with a hefty dose of raspberries and espresso coffee beans from the Suke Quto farm in the Guji Zone of Ethiopia and roasted by Allegro Coffee in Thornton, Colorado, not far from the Left Hand brewery. This beer has a beautiful, clear scarlet hue, with strong notes of lightly roasted coffee on the nose.
