Vibrant Apple is a gentle introduction to our hard cider program in Woodstock, Connecticut.Both native and locally grown apples are first juiced in our manual 1898 apple press and then fermented cool to retain the original and bright essence of this carefully selected blend of apples.The addition of second use fruit imbues the cider with characteristics of the fruits seed and skin flavor's as opposed to the juicy flavors you would expect from first-use fruit.
