Rye barrel-aged sour ale with orange peel, lemon zest, and aniseThis Sazerac-inspired sour ale was aged in rye whiskey barrels with just the right amount of anise, dried orange peel, and lemon zest. Sweet, herbal nuance on the nose gives way to notes of zesty citrus and rye spice. Raise a glass in recognition of cocktail pioneers with this jubilant sour ale.
