If you go into the woods today, you’re in for a big surprise... Warming and sweet with a helping hint of spice, we blended 5 different malts to create a deep red beer with layered malt flavours of biscuit, dried fruit, toffee and caramel. An adventure of all things festive.Amarillo gives us notes of orange and grapefruit, and we’ve finished with ginger, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, a little coriander seed and pinch of black pepper. The only thing that really matters here? For one whole day the brewery smelled like a gingerbread factory. Happy festivus!
