Little One

Little One is a light Belgian Blonde style ale. Originally created to be barrel aged, we have also kegged off a small amount of this beer. It is a very light yellow colour, with a high level of clarity. At 3% this clean drinking european ale is extremely drinkable. The malt body is light and consists primarily of Pilsner malt. A traditional Belgian yeast strain provides light fruity notes of lemon and pear, with a hint of light phenols of clove and spice. The finish is dry, balanced and very moreish!
