Brut Pale Ale #2 This is an extremely quaffable pale ale, very light in body and finishing quite dry. Pours a lovely golden straw color. A touch of Cashmere and healthy doses of Amarillo and Centennial in the dry hop makes this beer a stone and citrus fruits galore.
