Our holiday Cider! Throughout the Americas, Sorrel drinks are enjoyed around the holidays. We love the tradition, and are excited to share it through Cider! We start with a base of dry cider made with PA apples, then rest it for a while on dried hibiscus flowers, cinnamon, and vanilla. The result is a beautifully red hued Cider with a light hibiscus tartness, and underlying cinnamon and vanilla notes that soften everything up into a familiar and joyful drink. Happy Holidays!
