Brewed to resemble a lemon drizzle cake, this sour beer is designed to be a dessert beer that not only showcases the sour/ tart lemon flavour, but to also be slightly sweet.Featuring a light malt bill & very small hop additions for low bitterness, the lemon shines through. With fresh lemon zest & a bottle of Limoncello added post fermentation, and the addition of lactose, this beer is well-balanced and smashable!
