This Braggot is our interpretation a beer recipe that resulted froman archeological excavation of a 2500 year old Celtic brewery. It factored in climate, crops, resources and experience, and somehow seemed to Canadian in spirit to be ignored. We use honey, rye, smoked malts, and modern brewing techniques to build this adventurous brew.
