Brewed with locally malted grains, Cold Blows the Wind leads out with sweet grist notes of honey and bread up front, quickly transitioning to hints of melon and spice from NW and European hops. Its crisp, drying finish provides a palate-cleansing quality that makes this beer ideal for pairing with oysters in a variety of preparations.
