There are three elements to this blended brew: a batch of 2016 Riesling grape juice that we let slowlyferment into wine; our gose, Swingers, that spent two years aging in a Chardonnay barrel with aneutral wort and wild yeasts; and fresh Offline, our dry hopped wit beer. The long aging process andthe fermented juice’s strong Riesling character create deep, oaky wine flavours, while the youngOffline adds brighter floral notes and extra carbonation.
