A sessionable pale gold farmhouse ale, featuring heirloom orange, mandarin, papaya and melon aromatics from the unique combination of hops and our special Norwegian farmhouse yeast.Actually a Norwegian-style farmhouse ale, with a modern twist, but named for the song by The Go-Betweens and because an Alsatian fit better on the gingerbread house than a Norwegian Elkhound would.
