We replaced all the water in this recipe with maple sap from local trees. It laid down a base of maple flavor reminiscent of maple sugar candy. Then we added maple syrup to the keg. The Sweet syrup blends with the caramel malts of the base beer making you wish you had some pancakes to go with it. We hope you enjoy this sweet Exbeeriment.
