Pas de Saison in its most extraordinary form. We just had to give this majestic beer a good rest on 45 YO Calvados barrels. Last brew of the XO version happened in 2019 and was aged on 10 year old Calvados barrels. Released in 2020, this was one of our favorite beers so far. Enjoy this second edition!
