An old school English IPA with modern hops and hopping techniques.A deep copper beer with a thick white head. The first thing you notice is those intense pineapple and passionfruit notes with a hint of stone fruit. But when you take your first sip, the sweet and biscuity malt flavour of a traditional English IPA is the first thing that you notice giving the beer a nice mouthfeel. Soon to follow is the more subtle bitterness of the hops compared to a US equivalent style. Overall, a beautiful beer that strikes the right balance between old and new school styles.
