The Bitter Sea

Inspired by our ancestors who travelled across the seas to forge a new life in this land we set about brewing a full bodied strong London style bitter. We combined New Zealand Ale Malt, two different crystal malts , a little wheat , tangy English Goldings and Fuggels hops with our fruity English Ale yeast to create a sociable, sessionable taste of the old country .
