Rye IPA, 19° Plato, 7.9% ABV. Hutná a hořká režná IPA, jakou jste nepili už léta. Vysoký podíl žita vytváří olejovitou texturu a příjemnou kořenitost, která dodá chmelové hořkosti další rozměr. Díky použití tmavšího sladového základu, než je u nás zvykem, získalo pivo klasickou měděnou barvu a zajímavé karamelové tóny, které vyváží jeho hořkost. Víc oldschool už to nejde!Bold and bitter rye IPA like you haven’t drunk in years. We like to start the year on the hoppy side and confront the old and new approaches to brewing IPAs. The high percentage of rye provides an oily texture and pleasant spiciness that gives the hop bitterness another dimension. We used a darker base malt than usual to reach the copper hue and interesting toffee notes that balance out the bitterness.
