essentially the opposite of our NEIPA, this is all about the hop bitterness. early hop additions in the boil and the lightest dry hop you can imagine give this beer a long lingering bitter finish. expect some muted floral aroma to back the resinous grapefruit flavour. a light malt backbone with a slight white bread and cracker flavour allows the hops to shine through
