Cupitt Sangiovese

Sangiovese and dark barley wort. Co- fermented with wild yeast from the grape skins. Barrel aged for four months post ferment, where it picked up some funk. Typical brett aromas draw you into raspberry and cherry sherbet flavours. Underlined by subtle chocolate and spice notes. Finishes dry with a mild acidity.
