A 2023 collaboration with acclaimed Robert Stein Winery.Originally created 20 months ago with our house lager and fresh harvest 2023 vintage Shiraz must.Barrel aged for 18 months in an ex-Shiraz oak barrel and packaged with our mates from Barrel Shepherd Brewing&Blending.It’s tart, zippy and crisp with fresh lactic sourness.
