Das Ergebnis ist ein sanft-fruchtiges, fein-prickelndes Weißbier – na dann ... Prost!The recipe is similar to the ”original”, but the ”blonde” version is filled in big pressure tanks after the first (open) fermentation process and stays in there until the fermentation process is finished. The result is a very smooth-fruity and fine sparkling wheat beer ... cheers or as we say in german ”prost”!
