Big Nose

Belgian Triple brewed at De Ranke brewery by Emanuele Corazzini of NovaBirra.We brew it from Pilsner, Pale Ale and Munich barley malts in combination with Nugget (Alsace) and Willamette (USA) whole hops flowers. Fermentation with a Belgian yeast strain and dry-hopping with Triskel hops flowers from Alsace produce great aromatic complexity.
