Created for GABS 2022 a Golden Sour Ale rested on fresh young ginger and wasabi rootSpicy ginger style beer with a little wasabi kick. This barrel aged sour beer was designed as a pallet refresher and created with 3yr old barrel aged sour beer The name inspired by the cutest Japanese dog the Shiba Inu and the Dollar Bill monetary theme.
