This single varietal cider is made from one of our favourite apples, Knotted Kernel. After pressing, the juice went directly to barrel and was wild fermented in the barrel to create seriously bold cider with strong character. Fulsome on the nose, dry in style with a full body. Bright and rich apple flavour with complex notes of caramel and hazelnut.
