The top fermented ale was made with the double mashing technique. We have used the best ingredients from England in terms of pale, biscuit, aromatic and dark crystal malts. In addition, we have used noble hops and an English ale yeast strain.After bottling, the beer was stored at cellar temperature for at least six months for further aroma and flavor development.Recommended drinking temperature is 13-16°C.Enjoy this 'King of Beers'!
