Coffee Stout brewed with pale, flaked oats, roasted barley, special B, brown malt and dark candy sugar.Our goal is to have a solid and clean base, and play with cold steeping coffee: we added it two time, at the end of fermentation and before bottling.This beer re-ferment with maple syrup from Canada, for a sweet, chocolate-like taste and flavour.Don't age this beer. Coffee and maple syrup fades away with age!
