Elphaba: the Wicked Witch of the West's government name. In Wicked, everyone learns about life in Oz from her point of view. Everyone also learns that she's green, though she did not eat grass as a child. I guess we all knew that back in 1939, but still, it helps to reinforce. In her honor, we've made a matching citrus session mead. It's not easy being green, but it's really easy drinking Elphaba.
