Our first hop harvest from the Pato family farm in Quinta da Cal, Portugal has produced a Blonde Ale dry hopped with Santiam & Perle hops under the supervision of 2 year old Matilda. It's a light bodied ale with medium sweetness, spicy notes and fruity aromas, making for a slightly hoppy version of this classic style.
