Our newest Prototype is an Imperial Oatmeal Stout, and the start of something big here at Gravity!This dark, rich, and roasty brew is an all-new in-house imperial base inspired by San Diego’s legendary Modern Times, and their Devil’s Teeth series of more than 100 different imperial stouts. Think huge doses of malted oats, backed up by tones of chocolate, coffee, and complex caramel. A light touch of lactose balances the body, while organic coconut sugar helps the finish linger on the palate.This project will serve as the foundation for a new series of limited-release high-ABV beers, which we'll build on with new ingredients and infusion techniques to unleash bold new flavors and aromas.
