We teamed up with our good friends from Miami to cook up this tropical beverage. Brewed with a base of Pilsner and Wheat malt, this beer was hop mashed with cascade and then we hit it in the whirlpool with Phantasm and Sabro. Fermented with Omega’s Star Party Thiolized Chico yeast and then heavily fruited with pineapple and blood orange and coconut.
