Most of you know how close this beer is to our hearts here at Oakflower. It was the very first beer we made in our brewhouse, and was one of the first four beers we had on tap for our opening. We kept making the original version of Dew Drop to keep it on tap for the first 12+ months of operation before having it take a bit of a hiatus to coax it into reaching its final form presented to you today.This latest iteration was brewed with Rabbit Hill pilsner and spelt malts, fermented with our house mixed culture blend, aged in our big French oak puncheon, and then gently dry hopped with our hand picked lot of Motueka from @freestylehops. Eighteen months of slow, patient production brings this green bottle wonder. Bright lemony acidity, mellow tropical funk, and some of the lovely lime zest and floral qualities we get from Motueka. We could drink this one everyday, and hope you could, too.
