Baltic Porter is a dark, bottom-fermented beer with intense aromas of chocolate, caramel, and coffee, brewed using Munich malt along with caramel and roasted malts. It is fermented and aged exceptionally long because that’s exactly what makes the best Baltic porters! It has a solid malt backbone with a delicate aroma of dark malts, reminiscent of chocolate-covered wafers. Clean in profile, free of fruity aromas, full-bodied, with a balanced bitterness.
